The Run For The Animals is a charity event to benefit local needy animals

Half Marathon (13.1 miles - USATF certified #VA12009RT)
OR
10K (6.2 miles - run or walk - with or without your canine companion)

The 2013 race was dedicated in memory of Robert Lee Gresham.

All net proceeds from this years event will benefit the Eastern Shore SPCA, our local no-kill shelter and A Better Life Inc, a local non-profit organization dedicated to seeking out and improving the quality of life for local "under-privileged" pets by providing runs, shelters, bedding, health-care, etc.
The event is a half marathon (13.1 miles) and 10K (6.2 miles) run/walk. Please come out and join us.......if you're ready, sign up for the run.......if you're not, we can still use your help, either by volunteering or sponsoring.
